http://www.glenhyrst.ca/content/FacilityRental.html Where the heck is Glenhyrst???

Ok, this gallery is in BRANTFORD...(glenhyrst)... you can rent the cottage space for a show for 250 a week, but you can't serve alcohol, oh well...you can't go in at nights...you must turn off lights at night... turn up a/c to 26 at night. a/c 21 during day...front door closed if a/c on...if you don't clean up costs you extra 100 dollars cad maintenance fee...nice place. considering doing a show there...20 percent off charges if you are a member...RUN...(towards not away this is a good deal).

Brantford is on the way from Toronto, you go along lake Ontario to the west, past mississauga, past burlington (lasalle park where 1200 trumpeter swans live from nov. to april yearly)...past hamilton (yuck hold your breath the steel dust is cloudy and rainy allover), to Brant or brantford...

If you continue west past Brantford you get to London Ontario, home of suzukiking, home of the atv vehicle for hunters who like to kill bears or jews or homosexuals or turkish people or really just anybody including christians and muslims...London Ontario is home to the NAZIS...(kitchener is just for the mild mannered germans...relatively nice people actually...)
People in London Ontario like to hunt...they hunt people, animals & other stuff...(not sure what that is because I am not really a nazi...when I say not really, I mean not at all...)
Some of the meanest people in the entire world live in London Ontario...believe me, I know...I will give you the email address of the meanest person I have ever met in my entire life if you ask...(hint: suzukiking is the first part of that address...) (look for a baby blue convertible volkswagen beetle in the driveway & two suzuki motorcycles, his & hers...)(baby blue is for babyflesh-they like to make lampshades out of babyflesh in nazi fantasy life games...)(they were looking for Jesus actually, but the Egyptians hid him in Egypt...)(so they just killed all the other firstborn children in Israel, just to try to kill Jesus...)

2)Number 2: (not pooh)...When someone who works for a gallery steals from me, this is what happens...The gallery closes, goes out of business, defunct...As my friend, fashion designer Kal Lee would say "DEFUNK"...(Kal Lee went to perform in the Ice Capades at the age of 16)...! Often, the gallery closes in upon itself due to severe embarrassment...Yousee, I am a very very good person...When a gallery owner or one of their elves steals, either a work of art, a commission due to me, or my ideas, they discover that they regret it...because I am so nice...My niceness causes them inexorable pain & guilt...

Though I converted to Christianity from Judaism at the age of 21, I am still an expert at imposing guilt on others...(a severely jewish skill)...The essence of imposing guilt is by being a better person than the one who has wronged you...That is all I can say, they already want to kill me for leaking the secret to smoked salmon in scrambled eggs...G-d forbid what would happen if I shared that Beet Borscht was good for cleaning mercury out of your gallbladder...I already have all the WASPS in Rosedale eating bagels...What'll happen when they discover Montreal bagels? (the funny thing is, is now I have the Jews in Forest hill drinking tequila with Mango juice for breakfast...)

(You should see what I have done to the Muslims! The can't do representational art now if they tried!- I have shown them that abstract art, flatness, or cubist forms, are some of the ways to obscure representationalism...as well as sfumato/foggy wax obscuring, & chiaroscuro/darkness shadow hiding...) How do YOU hide representationalism in your art? (this is a rhetorical question, don't answer here...I get bored with that type of master servant display)...Just think it to yourself, & carry on...

If you hadn't thought about obscuring realistic imagery, now is a time to start...

Ok...After reading Ariane Goodwin's Blog (Smartist Career Blog), about artist Lucia Capacchione, I went to Lucia's etsy shop online...Lucia is showing silk kimonos from the 19760s & 1970s, the first is black with metallic feathers...What I noticed is that have both gold & silver metallics feathers near to each other implied layering & texture to the feathers...I had been planning out my swan painting to have 4 different metallic colours on each swan...Say, copper for the daughter swan, silver for the brother swan, gold for the mom swan & platinum for the dad swan...But after looking at this old Japanese kimono, I realise that I will achieve a better texture if I use all four metallics for each swan...This will make the painting more homogenous...The swans will look more like a family, instead of each one having their own unique colour...I guess I am sacrificing function for form...Typical me...Function would show all 4 swans uniquely different so you could clearly see each swan...Form is making beautiful feather wings, fluffy & textured, but all the swans will look the same...Hmmm...I guess this is why conservationists tag their swans...because it looks like God chose form over function too...Most swans look the same from a distance...But they are soo very very beautiful...Hmmm...Maybe if I make each swan different, that is not copying God...? Always a dilemma when I approach realism: should I blur the imagery or is it blurry enough without trying?

(a comment I wrote at 5:53 am this Sat. morning Nov. 6, 2010 on someone else's blog, but it was pretty good so I copied & put it here too, in case you don't find it on the other person's blog, which is called now I remember Echo Enduring Blog which you can link to from my blog links at the bottom of this page on the left hand side...)...:

Ok...I'm back...Good article...again...Thoughts? Hum...Thinking back to when record albums got too small to read the lyrics easily...I used to sit & listen to a new record album in my parents' den while reading the lyrics simultaneously...Stopped doing that when records got small...They called them CDs...Yes, they were compact...But with compactness came cryptic-ness...Just too small to be happily readable...Then I stopped caring about music...I hadn't read the lyrics & I didn't know what they were saying...Then, music retaliated for my neglect by becoming so simplistic & repetitive, that any idiot would know what was being said...Then I stopped caring & listening even more...Music became bad & now I had a real reason for not listening or buying...Then music retaliated again by putting out music videos...The musicians started Acting out their lyrics so that people would know what they were saying...This was even cheesier than the repetition...Music then started using bimbos to try to get peoples' attention...Bimbos are always attention getting was the reasoning...Sex sells or something...That's when the bottom fell out of music...Music died...Then something happened...The internet came along & at the beginning, you could get music for free...People started listening again...The lyrics were free too & people started reading the lyrics again...Then, independent musicians started posting on Youtube...That was exciting...Some of them were good...They weren't the same old rock groups we had all heard a thousand times before...Music was born again...
For me, as a visual artist, my disconnect with music began when the lyrics got to be too small to read comfortably...It was a size issue I am sorry to say...(only because that phrase is such an overused euphemistic cliche in nudge nudge wink wink circles...)
When records got smaller, so did our minds...Smaller was not better...For me at least...I have always hated Cds...(actually saying out loud makes me feel good about that statement)...I miss those big black circles that played under the needle around & around...I miss the big pictures on the cover of albums...I miss reading all the lyrics to all the songs, all late afternoon...
When we move from the computer to mobile devices, we will be moving to a smaller screen...I predict much content will be lost...meaning will become meaningless...It will all be too small for people to care...& then, visual art will die...Like music...The internet has been the champion of visual art...On the tiny screen it will become irrelevant...Then it will morph...Rot...Rust...Wither...
Then someone will invent a new media form...Something different...probably bigger again...If you notice your computer screen is the same size roughly as an old record album...Anything smaller tires your eyes...
Music learned its lesson...Art will too...The mobile device will be too small...We will then have to return to a bigger size once again...
What will it be? I'm guessing free form projected images, like a slide projector of old, that doesn't need a container...So, your mobile device will project onto someone's office wall what your presentation is...Then they can see it in real size...original intended size...
I saw some swans...trumpeter swans...I fed them at Ashbridge's bay...I am going to show you a video of those swans...I am going to come to your office with my mobile device & project my video in original swan size of like 3 feet by 4 feet, what those swans looked like...Onto your white white office wall...That is a possible near future...A far future would be that I just telepathically send you those images from my head...Way cheaper than paying server fees & more accurate...
The far future is telepathy...We are almost there now...But I digress...

If I had the capital I would hire you to fix my various websites & blogs...But progress is not always progress, & I fear fixing things to an endpoint of ridiculousness...I subscribe to Garth brooks philosophy...Life is messy...Web standards may be progress, but enabling more may not be in the best interest of content...
The more things there are, the less demand there are for those things...You may have better flow to produce more websites now, but overall, you may be decreasing demand for your product by overproducing & lessening your price per thing...
Web standards, like any other standard, are intended to assembly line production...Which works & makes everyone happy...Until it doesn't...The tower of babylon...God didn't want another tall building...The builders wanted a stairway to heaven & they almost got it with web standards...God had to screw up language so people couldn't communicate with each other...Web standards was wrong...because the ultimate goal was something like wanting to dominate the world...To put themselves above God or something...
Standards work at the beginning of a thing...Increases flow...But beware of the end game of standardization...Assembly lines are the mental prisons of the civilized world...Formulaic thinking is a trap...Don't forget to rebel when it becomes rote...When it becomes boring...When you start to build a stairway to heaven, that's when you should put your clog in the machine...Always keep a clog handy for when the machine becomes better than you...

1)Pegs
2)Third Watch
3)No resistor component, negative & positive polarities reversed...

1)I bought a beaufort Easel from ASwexpress.com in North carolina, but it turned out to be made in China...(that was not a huge surprise)...The pegs that came with were quite small & I could not figure out how I could put a large thick stretched canvas on those pegs...There were several other pieces to the easel, & I tried various methods of resting the canvas on those other pieces...I came to the conclusion that I was an idiot, & mostly went back to painting on a flat surface, like I preferred anyway...
Two years later, I revisited the instructions for the easel...With fresh eyes, I finally saw, that the wooden pegs in the photo on the instruction page were much bigger than the wooden pegs I had been given...I sent a jpeg to aswexpress.com (artist's supply warehouse) with an email, & they sent me the correct wooden pegs...I had had the wrong wooden pegs...Once the larger size pegs arrived, the easel worked just fine...I was not an idiot- someone in China had sent the wrong wooden pegs...I now have a working easel...Two years later...

2)I ordered "Green Acres" the DVD series, for my niece's birthday...It was a very funny tv show & I thought she would laugh...What arrived, again from China, was "Third Watch"..."Third Watch" was about The World Trade Centre the various rescuers, firefighters, whatever who were heroic- or something...I never watched Third Watch myself...I tried actually, at the beginning, because I thought it was noble to watch it, but I was just bored out of my skull, & really, just didn't care that much about something that I thought was entirely a hoax of some sort anyway...I mean, even the title Third Watch...If the firefighters & so on were the third watch, then that implied, there was a second watch & a first watch...But if the first people on the scene were the third watch people, the firefighters etc. , then that implies that the second watch people & the first watch people were somehow behind the scenes...
If the second watch people & the first watch people existed, but were not apparent to the public, & the third watch people were the ones who arrived first, then the second & first watch people would have to have been working BEFORE the World Trade centre came down...
Which says to me that they were working BEFORE the World Trade centre came down...Which says to me that this whole thing was planned...Which is what everyone instinctively knows anyways...
So, is this like the Tim Robbins movie, where he loses a noise pollution case, ON Purpose, to create a precedent in the legal system so he can then fight noise pollution in a court of law, the Next time, & win...(based on the precedent of losing a noise pollution case being on the books already?)?
What I mean to say is...Did they Create this World Trade centre thing to deal with a problem that needed to be dealt with, but since there wasn't precedent legally prior, they had to Create a legal precedent, lose, then have the justification to go kick some butt where butt needed to be kicked?
probably...But like I said, I don't really care, because I found the whole thing incredibly boring...Politics doesn't interest me...Never has...Ok, shouldn't say never...I just don't care because I mostly obey the law & have no need for legal protection most of the time...In fact, usually, my run ins with lawyers have been mostly to find out that they are not helpful to the mission of lawfullness at all...In fact, it has appeared to me, on two big occasions so far, that lawyers are really in it to extend the fight as long as possible in order to milk both sides of large monies...This is not at all in the public's interest...Milking a fight is like making dogs fight each other...Or chickens...People go to jail for less...Lawyers who milk fights are criminals...I hope one day I will meet an honest lawyer...Then maybe I will be interested in politics...

3)I ordered a new battery for my audiovox (Toshiba) pocket pc 2032...The battery came without a resistor component...The battery came with the negative & positive polarities reversed...The original battery was a 1100mah...The one I got was a 1200mah...But the company said it was compatible...The company was a front in Pennsylvania for a company in Hong Kong...An aftermarket battery maker...Had I put this battery in my pocket pc it would have fried the motherboard...We did actually, for a few seconds, to see if the motherboard got hot...It did...I am currently awaiting a response from Pennsylvania...It looks like they speak more English than the people who sent me Third Watch instead of green Acres...

Which brings me to my final point...Are these three things mistakes? Or are they on purpose? Sending third watch instead of green acres could not possible be a typo...The too small wooden pegs- were they trying to tell me to stop painting on big canvases? That I was using up too much wood on my big canvases? A green plea? Was the faulty battery designed to blow up my pocket pc on purpose? Because they are sick & tired in Hong Kong of making batteries? Are they trying to tell me that green Acres, a real estate oriented message, was not the correct message to send a young person? That hopeful prospecting on land was the past...That overconstruction like the World Trade centre was our problem & that cutting back on development was the new model?

Honestly, I lean towards thinking these three things were not really mistakes...That people in the Far East ARE trying to communicate, in the only ways that they can...(While they are tied to chairs in basements or whatever the story is...)Some guy working for the T&T grocery chain in Canada said that they held his passport to make him work longer hours at this Asian grocery store chain...IN CANADA...That kind of stuff is only supposed to happen over there- not here...

If that kind of passport holding hostage-like situation is happening in Canada, with Asian people in Canada, then how much more so is it happening in Asia...?

Maybe we should...1)use less wood 2)stop developing real estate 3)cut back on electronic devices

That is the message I get...

BTW (by the way), I used Ming Wireless to help me with my pocket pc repair...Ming helped me himself, from his shop at 250 Dundas Street, west of University ave...North side...Ming is born in the year of the horse...So am I...We got along...Two geniuses who speak the same language...Ming is Chinese...I am Canadian...No cultural barriers there...Turns out, I really get along with other horses...Doesn't matter where they are from, matters WHEN they are from...Neat...I totally recommend Ming Wireless if you need help with your electronic device...bring them a present if you go...They will deserve it...'Nuff said...

Medicine in Art, Art in medicine: http://www.botanical.com/botanical/mgmh/b/brywhi77.html So, wild nepit, or white bryony, is in the cucumber family & used to be a leprosy remedy, also for sciatica...if regular plain old cucumber is related to yams (sweet potato), & yams are progesterone based, then that would make sense...Zinc overuse causes sciatica pain (zinc is found in cigarettes), & as well, leprosy is also similar to sciatica, insofar as leprosy is similar to zinc overload...Zinc congregates in the thyroid...Lead also congregates in the thyroid...too much lead & you get multiple sclerosis, too much zinc & you get sciatica & maybe way too much zinc & you get leprosy...It is all a balancing act...

BTW: Beets clean mercury out of your gallbladder...(mercury excess is related to ADHD/autism)...

Ageless herbs Spleen Qi Pills clean out your spleen of fungus, & will clean out your toenail fungus while you take it...(Copper also cleans out fungus)...(turquoise is the opposite of copper, if you have a copper overload in your spleen...) Living in a poo poo city (or shall I say shitty), will gum up your spleen with fungus...Like for example, florists in Toronto are growing orchids in human shit...feces...The orchids last forever...Just don't put your finger in the dirt to check the water level...EWWWW!!!...
