Not ugly , little greyhound dog is handsome ...

A tiny greyhound dog won a distinction yesterday...With his bulging eyes, it apparently won ugliest dog ...This dog is not ugly, from a distance, it looks like this dog has Graves disease...Graves disease is characterized by bulging or protruding eyes, a very rapid heartbeat & nervousness...Also, weight loss, which goes hand in hand with an overactive thyroid gland...Treatment involves various means of slowing down the thyroid...then this little greyhound's eyes may settle back into a more pleasing countenance...Suffice it to say, many of the things we find ugly are actually ailments that can be cured, & rather than settling in to bullying, jeering or mocking, we should endeavour to help...
On a sad note, my roommate threw out my pussywillow branches ...He was my husband, today he has been demoted to roommate...The pussywillows were still alive, & I call this cruelty to plants...(in his defence, he decided one of our cats would choke on them)...
like sickle cell anemia helps prevent malaria, like weak eyes can mean strong ears, an overactive thyroid in Graves might prevent against some other ailment which is its opposite...so, if you are suffering say from extreme obesity , adopting an animal with Graves might be good for you & the dog...osmosis is the word I use to explain how things pass from one to another without being visible, it is also a medical term...By Osmosis, a skinny dog living with a fat owner, might help the the owner lose weight & the dog gain some...p.s. Juniper is the root of gin, which purportedly is good for leukemic like symptoms, ie: low red blood cells, high white blood cell count...bathtub gin...? p.p.s. pussywillows grow in Alberta, Canada, are used instead of palms in Palm Sunday (cause palms don't grow so well in the North)...and pussywillows contain salicin which is a painkiller & anti-fever medication herbal used by Native people, by boiling the bark...(nativeremedies.com has excellent customer support for questions)...( www.Box.net offers free large file storage to send movies to friends) ...
The further North you go, the bluer the light becomes, the further South, the redder ...Check to see where an artist is from before buying a work of art...If you live in the North yourself & you order a painting from someone very far South of you, you may find the painting is far too red in tone to your liking...computer monitors can vary, so it is worth thinking about...Gender can make a big difference too...Before saying you don't like Native Indian art work at all, check out Native Indian artwork created by someone of the same gender as you are...If you are female, look at a female painted Native work of art...you will be surprised at how many styles of painting you actually DO like, when you look at works created by similar gender artists...this is not a rule, just a suggestion based on experience, btw ...(hate Cubism ? check out cubism by a woman artist...really...)

" jai guru deva , om " this is the mantra inherent to the Beatles song 'across the universe' performed by Michael Johns originally from Australia on American Idol tonight...(tues.march 11, 2008) If you speak french you will understand how this mantra works...I f you don't try this ...substitute "guru" for what you want to be, say a dentist...Hence your new mantra would be " Jai dentist deva , om ... " (or, I will be a dentist when I grow up...'om' is homme...if you are female you might want to substitute the word " om " for " fem " ...So , " Jai dentist deva , fem " .. as a mantra to become a dentist for a woman...( Jai is actually j'ai which means ' I will " deva means " become or should become " actually the hole verb is ...ugh, you get it...

" Jai artiste deva , fem "...say it five times...

I think depression is just exhaustion & before you run out to get a drug or sign up with some rug man I mean guru or spend weeks in treatment I think you should just go to sleep ...wake me up when it's over ...
